Gîte Plein sud

Gîte equipped for four people (furnished accommodation classified 3 stars, Gîtes de France label, 3 ears of corn).
The cottage is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, pool side (south orientation).

Description (area: 55 m2)
- living room/lounge with sofa and flat screen television,
- separate but not closed kitchen, with fridge (freezer compartment), multifunction microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, small household appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster), crockery,
- bedroom 1 (1 bed width 160),
- bedroom 2 (2 single beds); bedroom 2 is accessible from bedroom 1,
- bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), accessible from bedroom 1.
Terrace-garden and pergola facing the swimming pool.
Individual mixed winter/summer air conditioning, with remote controls (one unit in the living room, one in bedroom 1).
Wi-Fi access. Parking on closed car park, gate with remote control.

This cottage is equipped for 4 people maximum.

Details
The rental of the gîtes does not include breakfast. Out of season, depending on our availability, a breakfast basket can be offered at an additional cost.
Optional, on request: end of stay cleaning.

In July and August, for safety with regard to the swimming pool, we accept children aged at least 6 years old.

Our four-legged friends

In the gîtes, we accept clean and quiet dogs (uncategorized) and cats free of charge. Inside the property (including in the car park), dogs must be kept on a leash.

For any reservation, please tell us which animal it is (breed, weight, character, ...)
The owner of the animal undertakes to clean the lodging (inside, outside) as often as necessary, and at the time of departure, to leave no trace of the passage of the animal (hair, scratches, etc.) , even if the end-of-stay cleaning option has been taken out.
Liability insurance is compulsory for the owner of the dog.
